I know, I know. A workout post? Really? Isn't this a wedding blog? Yes, it is. Believe it or not fitness is part of the prep for the big day. We all want to look our best for the wedding and honeymoon. Sitting on the couch wishing the pounds away isn't going to cut it. So here are some fitness routines. They're quick, easy, and most importantly, they will help you get the hot body you want!
1. The Malibooty Workout
This is a great way to get honeymoon ready, especially if you're going to a place like the Bahamas like me. Here's an explanation for each move.

For this workout, I do 20 reps of each. Don't over exert yourself though! If you need to start with a smaller amount and build you can. That's the beauty of at home workouts. You can tweak them to fit you!
Bonus Tips
- Increase the sets/reps by 5 or 10 each week.
- Mix it up. Try combining different exercises.
- Make it a routine. I do my 30 minute workout before each shower. This way, you make it a habit. And you feel fresh afterwards.
- Get out and do something! Go for a jog or a swim. Walk around your neighborhood. I play tennis for an hour on Mondays and Wednesdays, so I save these workouts for Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. This way, my body gets two days of rest.
- Stay hydrated. I can't stress this enough!
